School students from North Wales posing for photographs above Victoria Falls

Some 25 of us visited Itala Foundation during the summer of 2014 including 20 students from Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen in Caernarfon and Holyhead High School on Anglesey.

This is an amazing opportunity for students to carry out practical work at the school and to see how local Zambian children live. Once again the Charity has received letters from the students saying what an amazing time and incredible experience their sons and daughters had.

The Charity is very grateful for the hard work carried out by the students whilst they were there.

Some of the students playing with Itala students and marking work after a teaching session. Giving students an opportunity to teach children really boosts their confidence and makes them realise just how much they are able to contribute to others.

presentation ceremony.

It will never catch on Marlon!!

Presenting Certificates of Excellence to 21 students. It was a great day with parents attending and lots of singing and dancing!
